The Potential Impact for Autonomous Vehicles on Health Care Access

Health Outreach Partners continues our work on transportation as a barrier to care by producing an ongoing Transportation Webinar Series. Join us for the latest installment which explores the emerging topic of autonomous vehicles (aka self-driving cars). While this technology is not currently a mainstream part of daily transportation, it will be inevitably more prevalent in years to come. We see this as an opportunity for health professionals to begin the conversation now as to how it may be used for patients facing transportation barriers, and to be prepared when the time comes that it is more readily available.
