Office Hours Session

This Office Hours session was intended to provide one-on-one support and answer any questions regarding HOP’s Transportation Quality Improvement Toolkit. The toolkit is an easy-to-use, practical guide for health centers to prepare, implement, and evaluate their transportation efforts. During the Office Hours, participants were able to get their individual questions answered on how to use the toolkit, and get into more depth and detail as to the unique needs of their own organizations.
The recently released Coffee Break Webinar (CBW) guides viewers through each step of the toolkit and to better understand how it can be utilized at their health centers. The CBW was shared during the Office Hours session – from minutes 7:15-18:00.
