Join Health Outreach Partners (HOP) for this webinar on the findings from our 5th National Needs Assessment of health outreach programs. Panelists will provide their input on the findings and their relevance for outreach and the populations they serve.
From late 2012 to early 2013, HOP conducted its 5th National Needs Assessment of health outreach programs. The purpose of HOP’s needs assessment is to fulfill the need for quality, national data on health outreach programs, particularly those who serve farmworkers, people experiencing homelessness, public housing residents, and other underserved populations. HOP gathered national data through online surveys, telephone interviews, online focus groups, and a review of secondary data. Respondents included health center grantees, health outreach professionals, community-based organizations, and primary care associations.
