NACHC National Health Center Needs Assessment

The Health Resources and Services Administration’s Bureau of Primary Health Care has requested the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) to conduct a national health center needs assessment in collaboration with the 20 National Cooperative Agreement (NCA) organizations. Health center response to the needs assessment will inform the development of operational training and technical assistance (T/TA) provided by the 20 NCA organizations to health centers. The information received from the assessment will provide feedback and inform future T/TA planning, development, dissemination, and evaluation to best support health center operational needs.

Who should complete the assessment:
This needs assessment should be completed by the health center executive level leadership; specifically, Chief Executive Officers/Executive Directors and Chief Medical Officers or his/her respective designees. Additional feedback from delegated staff is also welcome.

How and when to complete the assessment:
The assessment should take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete via an easy on-line portal accessible through the NACHC website and direct email to health center executives. Your Health Center’s response is critical. Be on the lookout for the link to the National Health Center Needs Assessment available to all health centers September 12 – October 31, 2018.
