We are proud to announce Health Outreach Partners has achieved a Platinum Seal of Transparency Rating for 2024. This rating puts our organization in the top 1% of non-profit organizations nationally in terms of transparency. This indicates that our goals, capabilities, and achievements are completely transparent and public. We are committed to ensuring our donors have the information they need to help us provide the support and services our communities deserve. Our consultation services are customized to fit the unique needs of each organization. Our team of experts will work with you to hone your skills, identify effective strategies and take action steps towards your goals.
Training
Our trainings are interactive and engaging learning spaces that are customized based on need, designed to build on the knowledge and skills of participants. Trainings are held virtually or in-person, ranging from one-hour to full-day trainings.
Workshops
Our workshops may be conducted at conferences and other events, as well as keynote speaker presentations all over the country. These presentations and workshops may be customized to fit the needs of the event. See training and consultation topic areas.
Webinars
Our webinars cover a range of topics, and are a great way to introduce new ideas or concepts to staff. The Silent Crisis: How to Do Outreach in an Anti-Immigrant Climate
During the summer of 2017, HOP hosted four convening events for Community Health Workers (CHWs), Promotoras, and other frontline staff conducting outreach in immigrant communities.
