Org Self Care Tool
The Organizational Self-Care Assessment Tool is designed to give you a snapshot of your organizational self-care practices, reflect on your strategies, and identify areas for future exploration. Upon reviewing your responses, you can prioritize areas that can feasibly be implemented and outline barriers or challenges that may come up.

The assessment tool is organized into five sections:

  • Organizational Policies and Practices
  • Employee Supervision and Mentoring
  • Training and Professional Development
  • Organizational Leadership and Structure
  • Organizational Sustainability

Each section contains a set of measures to help assess what your health center or organization is currently doing to support self-care.
