The Organizational Self-Care Assessment Tool is designed to give you a snapshot of your organizational self-care practices, reflect on your strategies, and identify areas for future exploration. Upon reviewing your responses, you can prioritize areas that can feasibly be implemented and outline barriers or challenges that may come up. The assessment tool is organized into five sections:
