This webinar will be provided in English with simultaneous interpretation into Spanish.

Join  Health Outreach Partners and Migrant Clinicians Network for a webinar that provides current diagnosis, treatment, and management recommendations for congenital syphilis in newborns. Despite being completely preventable, congenital syphilis has increased by over 740%, and congenital syphilis-related stillbirths have increased 800% since 2014. Participants will gain a better understanding of prevention strategies, diagnosis, and treatment of congenital syphilis in agricultural workers and the general population.

The third session, "Integrated Behavioral Health in the Digital Age" hosted by Health Outreach Partners and Migrant Clinicians Network will explore pediatric behavioral health implications of digital dependence and provide recommendations for early, coordinated intervention for problematic media use.

Our Guest Speaker:
Olanrewaju (Lanre) Falusi*, MD, Med, FAAP is a primary care pediatrician and educator based in Washington, DC. She serves as a Spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), an ambassador for the Center of Excellence on Social Media and Youth Mental Health, and a Committee on Federal Government Affairs member. She has held numerous local and national leadership positions in the AAP. She has spoken at conferences, in Congressional testimony, and in the media on topics including youth mental health, poverty, faculty development, and more. Dr. Falusi attended medical school at the University of Virginia and completed residency and chief residency at Children’s National Hospital. *Pronunciation: Lawn-ray Fah-loo-see
