🌟 This Giving Tuesday, equity needs you! 🌟 This ye 🌟 This Giving Tuesday, equity needs you! 🌟
This year, HOP faced major funding threats—right when agricultural workers, rural families, immigrant communities, and people with IDD needed support the most.
And still, we showed up together:
💚 4,300+ health center staff trained in outreach & enabling services
💜 Transportation Toolkit 2.0 launched to reduce missed appointments
💚 Supported agricultural worker health—pesticides, mental health, maternal health & more
💜 Co-created inclusive health tools with the IDD community, training 500+ providers
None of this is possible alone.
Collaboration is our superpower—and our greatest source of hope.

💚 Why your support matters
Your gift keeps our trainings free, protects vulnerable communities, and ensures no one is left behind.

Health Outreach Partners is honored to support the Health Outreach Partners is honored to support the National Center for Farmworker Health (NCFH) as they mark 50 years of impact. We honor one of our longest-running training traditions, the Regional Stream Forums. First launched in 1987 along the East Coast and later expanded to the Midwest and West, these gatherings united health center staff and partners serving agricultural workers across the country. For more than 28 years, the forums fostered collaboration, provided a space to share best practices, and highlighted new resources to strengthen care for migratory and seasonal agricultural workers.

In response to the evolving needs of today’s workforce, the Regional Stream Forums have transitioned into the NCFH Agricultural Worker Health Symposia, two annual events designed to deliver focused, high-impact learning for health center staff, board members, and partner organizations dedicated to improving agricultural worker health.

Registration continues for our fall event! Join us in Phoenix and attend our executive director, Cynthia Selmi’s, workshop on Strengthening Your Organization’s Workforce! Register at the link in our bio!
