Module 3: The Structural Competency Framework: Addressing the Social Determinants of Health Disparities




In this module, participants will learn about the Structural Competency Framework and its impact on patient care and health outcomes. Viewers will hear from Erin Hanley, Senior Director of Supported Living and Community Day Supports at East Bay Innovations (EBI), a Bay Area non-profit that supports individuals with I/DD. Finally, participants will analyze two case studies and apply the knowledge they have gained.
