UPDATED! Outreach & Enrollment Curriculum 2.0

Health Outreach Partners proudly presents the “Outreach & Enrollment Curriculum 2.0,” designed to train community outreach workers and front-line health center staff to boost patient enrollment in health coverage programs.

This curriculum is not a standalone tool. We recommend using this curriculum paired with an in-person or virtual Outreach and Enrollment training facilitated by staff at Health Outreach Partners.

By the end of the Outreach and Enrollment training, participants will:

• Understand how to identify priority populations most likely to face difficult health coverage scenarios, and how best to assist them.
• Explore practical outreach strategies and communication techniques, both at the individual and community level.
• Be able to navigate questions and challenges regarding the current Medicaid redeterminations and provide up-to-date information associated with the end of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency and beyond.
• Increase their confidence about helping their community address concerns and challenges regarding affordable health insurance.
