In this webinar, the Structural Competency framework and key concepts will be introduced, including structural violence and racism, implicit frameworks, and structural interventions. This webinar aims to provide you with the ability to discern how structures impact the health of your patients and communities, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Essentially, structural competency provides a broader analysis of health disparities by looking at the political, economic, and social structures which impact the health of communities, and make certain groups more vulnerable to "harm."
