Peer-to-Peer Webinar
Tuesday, July 7, 2015

Over a three-year time period (2014-2017), HOP is assessing the outreach-related training and technical assistance needs of health centers. In March 2015, Primary Care Association representatives participated in online focus groups and addressed topics ranging from current outreach and enrollment efforts to health center engagement to supporting health centers that serve special populations.

This webinar highlights key findings and recommendations stemming from the 2015 focus groups. Panelists share their thoughts about the implications of the findings and recommendations on how T/TA providers can work together to meet the needs of health centers.

The webinar discussion is facilitated by Kristen Stoimenoff, HOP’s Deputy Director, and panelists include:

  • Alex Lehr O’Connell, Director, Technical Assistance and Consultation, Community Health Partners for Sustainability (CHPFS)
  • John Lozier, Executive Director, National Health Care for the Homeless Council (NHCHC)
  • Oscar Gomez, CEO, Health Outreach Partners (HOP)
