HOP Needs Assessments, 2014-2017

Over a three-year time period (2014-2017), HOP is assessing the outreach-related training and technical assistance needs of health centers. The summary reports below include findings and recommendations from year one and year two of the assessment.

Working Better Together: Year Two Assessment of Health Outreach Programs

In October 2015, outreach and enabling staff from health centers across the country participated in online focus groups and addressed topics ranging from current outreach efforts to patient and community engagement to the impacts of the Affordable Care Act. The summary report includes a description of the research methodology, key findings from the focus groups, lessons learned, and next steps.
